During a medical art collaboration I heard from a surgeon that he had no idea where the mind goes while under a general anaesthetic. I picture this as a Bardo or liminal state, peopled with other anaesthetized people who are undergoing simultaneous operations around the world….
This work is currently on exhibition in Antwerp and will be shipped at end of show in August.
