Signed print in archival inks on artist quality paper from an original painting.

The subject of the painting was a skeleton in the Mütter museum Philadelphia which was from a person suffering from the bone disease Fibrodysplasia Ossificans, where bone forms in other types of tissues in the body. It knits within into a slowly hardening endoskeleton and is very difficult to treat. My work is from observation and extrapolation, not a medical illustration but an impression that attempts to convey the mystery and sadness of the experience of the advancing condition.

Available in two sizes - original 36 x 27.3 cm and large 54 x 41 cm
